| Job Description: |
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the position will manage all aspects of the Maintenance Services Business Unit as an independent profit centre . Should have proven track record in managing large scale machine shops and O&G maintenance services with wide exposure to oil & gas field equipment maintenance, machining and rotating equipment maintenance. Successful candidate should have fare amount of exposure to pricing, maint. planning ,cost estimation, machine shop equipment selection, capacity upgradation , quantity surveying of machining, valve repair works and maintenance services related activities. Should be able to provide leadership and direction in developing positive relationships with SBU customers by improving customer focus and effective communication at all levels. Should be able to positively contribute to the growth of organization by focusing on quality of delivery, processes and capabilities. Should be able to interact with Sales, Service, Production Control, Assembly, other Manufacturing departments, and Engineering to provide prompt responses in support of our customer’s urgent needs. Should have prior experience in Budgeting/Scheduling, Inspection and Testing with strong communication , organization and computer skills.

| Job Description: |
1. Strategy for marketing by new initiatives, new products, new alliances, promotion.
2. Review of contract documents/ review project specifications and subcontracting services estimates / seek technical inputs from the involved departments for tender submission.
3. Coordination with concerned departments for preparation and submission of pre-qualification documents.
4. Post award contract review
5. Participate in the kick off meeting and provide the project overview & critical paths.
6. Responsible for submission of quotations.
7. Maintain data base for various estimates for the typical jobs tendered and feedback from the execution departments for future reference.
8. To coordinate with project leaders for site visit necessary to quantify the SOW and understand the interface and logistics involved.
9. Review of proposal/ changes/submission and participation in post award contract review.
10. Oversee the submission of pre qualification documents for registration purpose

Project Engineer |

| Job Description: |
o Co-ordination of project activities at coast.
o Ensure all activities related to project are carried out as per customer requirements/ specifications, drawings and project quality documentation.
o Liaise with QAQC & HSE dept and ensure the quality and HSE requirements for the project are complied at every stage of project execution.
o Interface with client and provide confidence in project performance &survey customer satisfaction. Initiate corrective &preventive actions.
o Motivate and bring quality and safety awareness among all involved functions & obtain the necessary inputs as per the planned schedules to meet project targets and budget.
o Ensure timely initiation of corrective and preventive actions on customer complaints/Non conforming situations during the project execution.
o Evaluation of project performance and identity the areas for improvement.
o Project trouble shooting with the assistance of OD/ FM / QAQCM/HSEM.
o Responsible for site execution activities and administration of involved functions at site.
o Ensure compliance with project quality and HSE requirements at all phases of project execution at site.
o Monitor progress of the job and report to client and OD / attend client meetings and liaise with QAQC and HSE departments for any corrective actions necessary to meet the customer satisfaction.
o Meeting clients regularly & issue progress reports
o Finalize Subcontracts in liaison with Procurement Manager To meet schedule& budget
o Carryout post award activities viz. review of contract documents/ work categories/ mile stone payments/ variations to the contract.
o To liaise with the client for necessary approvals on the scope changes/work completed.
o To coordinate with QAQC and planning departments for obtaining the necessary inputs for invoicing.
o Conduct site visit and evaluate project completion. Liaise with HP/ FM on outstanding payments from client /milestones.
o Certify Sub contractors Bills
